That i was sleep but im in class FML

As I’m sitting here laying in bed thinking about life and looking at my wall, I try to understand the differences in peoples thought process, How everyone interprets everything differently than the next person, I live in an apartment with 3 other people who are all completely different, Yet we are all tied together by certain commonalities, All black, all young, all college students, The world that we are soon to face is testy, A lot of people don’t make it through, Actually a lot of the people that I graduated from High School with have already fallen through the cracks, Im just throwing random thoughts out there at this point, I have family who believe in their mind that I’ve neglected them, thats never the case, I will always love those who have looked out for me, I guess im just about ready to start school again….. I’m getting to the point where I’m thinking a lot again, I guess thats all….. Goodnight… I know this was extra pointless

• We still are living with segregation and racism….. why do we have Miss America and Miss BLACK America?

• The new generation of children have no idea what Dr. KING has done for this nation…… 15, 16, 17, 18 year olds saying Why do we have King day and that he doesn’t matter. You need ti realize the struggle our people had in this country.

• We have a black President…. but every congressman hates him and blames him for the struggles he’s faced because of our past president Bush

• Black males are still being mistreated by cops….. getting pull over for DWB and getting beat for no apparent reason

• But do know the 60’s were WAY WORSE
